How to select your package

The way in which you apply for funded childcare in Lancashire will depend on whether you receive government support or are a working family. For information on the best funding stream that will apply to you, please click the hyperlink below.

Once you have applied for your funding, please send a copy of your letter to the nursery along with the application forms.

How to select your package

Please choose a plan from the options in the charts below. Please note, the 15 hrs. of nursery education are free of charge at the point of delivery, the price quoted is your full weekly consumable charge (refer to page 1) payable. Children who meet the eligibility criteria for EYPP funding may be entitled to further discount.

PLAN 1	Select any 2 sessional days (09.00am – 15.10 pm) Select a half-day session on a Wednesday (09.00 – 11.40 or 12.30 – 15.10. Important Notice – Sessional Days On sessional days, you must use the full 15-hour allocation. You cannot select 15 hours but only use part of them, as this would breach funding compliance rules. To ensure we meet regulations, all selected hours must be fully utilised.					*2.5 days per week* 15 hours funding PLUS a consumable charge of £4.00 per day. Any additional sessional days will be charged at our current sessional day rate of £38 per day.

PLAN 2	FULL DAY CARE - Please select ONE full daycare session using 9.55 of your allocated funded hours. We would like to provide some clarity regarding your child's funded nursery hours and any additional costs associated with non-funded time. Your child is entitled to 15 funded hours per week. This funding can be fully applied to one full nursery day, meaning this day will be covered free of charge. However, the remainder of the funded hours can then be used towards another day, reducing the overall cost.					1st full daycare session 9.55 hours funding PLUS £5 Consumable charge. 2nd further full day – 5hrs 5 mins funding PLUS the additional non-funded cost of £26.12 £5 Consumable Charge. Any additional days will be charged at the current nursery full day rate of £53 per day

"Please note that you will need to choose either Plan 1 or Plan 2 when using your funded hours. Unfortunately, we cannot combine hours from both sessional and full-day care options - your funding must be allocated to one plan only."

To Secure your place

To secure or reserve a place at the setting, you will be required to pay a deposit and complete all required forms. Once your deposit has been paid and you have been informed that your required sessions have been reserved, we will require FOUR TERM TIME WEEKS OF NOTICE TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR SESSIONS.

Deposits required

A deposit equal to one month's fees is required when securing a place. It will be used to cover your first month's fees.

Non-refundable, except for its intended use toward fees.
Cannot hold a place for more than one year.
Covers only the hours selected at booking

Please note, we will not be able to reserve / save or secure your place at nursery until we have received your deposit.
